- Cost: $30 per course
- Courses can be e-mailed by calling (815) 395-6776, with the submittal of a credit card, or they may be picked up at the Association during business hours
- Proctoring services are included in the cost of the course
- Tests may be taken, at the Association, between the hours of 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. No appointment necessary!
- Courses may not be repeated within the same renewal period
